The marketing rebranding and marketing of Albert Square in the heart of Manchester city centre, has won a top accolade at the prestigious Property Marketing Awards (PMA) 2017.
We received the ‘Best Marketing Campaign – Regional Offices’ award in recognition of our work with LJ Partnership which bought four buildings around the Albert Square site to redevelop into a thriving 100,000 sq ft business destination. The property investor wanted to market the four historic buildings as one destination and a new home for dynamic businesses in Manchester.
