Support Rebecca as she sleeps out for Action for Children’s Byte Night

As you tuck into your PJs on the cosy Friday night of 5th October, spare a thought for our Senior Account Manager Rebecca.

She’s taking part in her first Byte Night in Leeds, sleeping out near Elland Road for the whole night. She’s swapping her Fri-yay glass of prosecco for a flask of tea and her usual glam heels for woolly socks.

The money raised from the event will help Action for Children to support disadvantaged children in the local area.

From humble beginnings as a small 30-person event in 1998, Byte Night is now the UK’s largest corporate sleepout event. It aims to raise awareness of the 83,000 young people in the UK who are homeless and need support, accommodation and education. Action for Children hosts sleepout events in a number of locations across the UK. This allows people to give back to their own communities whilst also helping a much wider national cause.

This year, Rebecca is joining forces with our client Civica. It’s a great chance for us to support our client (with a serious bit of 24-hour bonding thrown in) and a worthwhile cause.

Rebecca’s just one of our charity champions helping DS.Emotion do good for great causes. Take a look at some of our other heartwarming stories.
