Position Overview

Are you our next leader? We have a personality-driven, measured and knowledgeable approach to client services and we’re looking for someone to inspire and get hands on with several top-tier accounts, offering experience and strategic guidance to the wider client services team. Account Managers aim to add value to their client relationships at all times. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, ensuring that work is quoted for accurately, strategically correct, on brief, on time and on budget.

 

Job Description

  • Work closely with the client to understand their business objectives and develop appropriate strategic solutions to meet them
  • Brief internal departments and ensure work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget
  • Responsible for managing costs and for billing clients – ensuring accounts deliver a profit to the agency
  • Coordinate work commissioned by the client, ensuring that all parties, internal and external, know exactly what is required and what is happening at all stages in the project
  • Seek ways to generate new business from within existing client accounts 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and manage the day-to-day contact with clients in relation to existing and new business development
  • Deliver excellent project management from brief to delivery
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, building trust and reassurance of delivery
  • Work with and deliver on the requirements and requests of your line manager – In this case Client Services Director and Managing Director
  • Explore and instigate ways to create new revenue streams across existing clients and drive referrals
  • Responsible for managing, recording and reporting financial information incorporating a benchmark profitability percentage set out by the company
  • Develop, manage and meet client budgets
  • Present creative work to internal – and when required to – external audiences
  • Plan photography and film shoots
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate Briefcase [reporting software] entries including quotations, job management and time scheduling
  • Develop working relationship across the group – Leeds, Manchester & London studios
  • Reports to the Managing Director

You will

  • Have a proven track record in corporate client successes. Ideal sectors include real estate, shopping centre marketing, retail / hospitality marketing
  • Work closely with industry insight to help inform new strategies and the continuous improvement of existing strategies

  • Focus the teams – not only yours – to work smarter and on budget
  • Identify and take opportunities to create best-in-class client work and campaigns
  • Seek efficiencies and opportunities to improve time and cash expenditure across all accounts – from internal to suppliers
  • Support the directors in forecasting and reporting – using data and analytics to help drive this through
