DS.Emotion are delighted to be working with Helmsley Group on the branding, marketing and placemaking for Coney Street, York, working alongside Aberfield Communications.
This exciting mixed-use development is a unique opportunity to connect Coney street, an established retail and hospitality destination, with the riverside. In doing so, Helmsley aim to create a welcoming and vibrant city centre destination for visitors and the local community to enjoy. The project will create 250,000 sq ft of mixed-use space, including retail, leisure, commercial, residential and student, as well as extensive public realm.
DS.E have worked closely with Helmsley and stakeholders to develop the brand, narrative and creative platform for this scheme which is currently in planning. Should the application be successful, the next phase of work will include the development of marketing assets, as well as activations and events programmes to bring the scheme to life for the people of the city.
This development will no doubt create a fantastic catalyst for city-wide inward investment.
