An established business location that required enrichment to both attract and retain businesses and their employees. A brand re-fresh and place activation programme focussed on mental and physical well being was implemented creating a people focussed progressive environment bringing together people and the buildings as a coherent family.

Through the use of social media and intranet the engagement exceeded 85% of the 4,500 people working at Exchange Quay and every event was oversubscribed. Through follow up surveys business have cited the place activation and engagement as significant factors in staff attraction and retention and in turn space void reduction.
