Ironworks is proud to be part of Cambridge’s eclectic Mill Road area. The rich and lively mix of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and community centres has established the area as one of Cambridge’s most diverse and intriguing districts.
DS.Emotion were invited to develop the naming strategy based on local history, create the brand and identity for this significant residential development and develop a range of marketing materials to attract purchasers.
One of the highlights on the campaign has been the creation of a short film using our in-house teams which connects the essence of living at Ironworks with the local independent retail and leisure operators. This has been used extensively in digital and social campaigns.
