DS.Emotion were approached by the agents CBRE and Knight Frank to carry out a complete brand refresh for this landmark building in Leeds, in line with a planned refurbishment, on behalf of APAM. Both strategies were intended to create new leasing deals and we are proud to report positive results following the work carried out with significant deals done.
As a part of the brand identity refresh, DS.Emotion created a new brand identity which was carried through the interiors and all marketing collateral including; website, digital brochures and a short film which can all be viewed here.
The refurbished space by architects TP Bennett includes a superb central atrium which now truly delivers on the campaign theme of ‘SAME ADDRESS – DIFFERENT WORLD’.
